Biography :
Loyalty and passion are two words that best describe Pierce. He is loyal and passionate for his family, his friends, his school, and will bring forth that same passion and loyalty to his clients. Pierce graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Natural Resource Management with a concentration in Wildlife Biology. His passion for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors fueled his persuit for higher education. His expertise in wildlife management, rangeland improvement and management, as well as livestock management allow him to assist clients in finding their perfect farm, ranch, or hunting paradise. He is a certified Huntmaster by the Texas Wildlife Association and assists in the preservation of the outdoorsman lifestyle by mentoring young people in the Texas Youth Hunting Program.
Pierce was raised in the rural town of Bowie, Texas and still frequents his family's ranch back home. His parents, Diran and Kellie Lancaster, are both chiropractors, and passed down their passion for helping others on to Pierce. His family has been blessed many successes in school sports, rodeo, and livestock showing. This love of the rural lifestyle drives his commitment to providing his clients with the best in ranch, hunting and equine properties.
